‘I help men build strong relationships, both personal and professional.’

I witness the pain that men, particularly father figures, silently struggle with.

I am not you, but I see you and I hear you.

I see this as a place I know I can contribute.

Do you yearn for strong, healthy, happy, and healing relationships?

loneliness alienation disconnection

Years of avoiding problems has consequences.

It destroys trust and damages relationships.

Your relationships with others.

Your relationship with yourself.

A feeling of alienation, loneliness and disconnection.

You are aware of these issues and know the common denominator within your control is you – and you want to take responsibility for yourself.

But that so often translates to brutal self judgment (depression/despair) or victim mentality (bitterness, rage, resentment, shame, loss of self-respect).

My invitation:

Explore where you are now. Give yourself permission and space to slow down, recalibrate, realign.

Slow is steady. Steady is fast.

If you want to stop falling into self-destructive behaviors and habits alongside discipline, you need to cultivate self-compassion.

Start by getting curious about yourself. Your whole self.

Mind-Emotions-Body-Soul.

Especially the parts of yourself that you know you usually avoid.

You need to be well and connected to yourself in order to authentically connect, lead and serve others at the highest level.

Own your responsibility. Own your future. Take the Lead.

Over our next 3-6 months together you will:

  • Rediscover and connect to your values mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually.

  • Cultivate your determination to honor them.

  • Define & Study your inner obstacles - get to know them through a compassionate lens (responsibility and care)

  • Confront/Face them head on over and over again. Do the reps. Face your shadow. See the lessons. Build resilience.

  • Realize the value and cultivate your skill of presence within relationships.

  • Learn to tune into more of your awareness channels. (mind, emotions, internal physical sensations, external perceptions, relational awareness)

 FAQs

  • These sessions are offered online via Zoom.

  • I believe you already know if this is for you or not, especially after our first complimentary call. While I encourage you to trust your gut on this decision it might be helpful to know that the men I typically work with are:

-often parents providing material needs and physical safety but feel unsuccessful with the needs of emotional intimacy and connection.

-want to stop abandoning themselves and falling into self-destructive behaviors and habits.

-willing to get curious, show vulnerability, be open, and sit in the unfamiliar space of ‘not knowing’ to explore the parts of themselves they would usually avoid.

  • No. While coaching can resemble therapy in many ways, there are key differences.

The most basic (and cliché’d) difference between coaching and psychotherapy is that in coaching the emphasis is on the present and future rather than in the past.

In general, therapists are PAST AND PRESENT FOCUSED. While a therapist may work with clients to set goals and make changes, primarily clients come to them seeking assistance with healing trauma, overcoming abuse, treating addiction, or treating mental illness.

On the other hand, coaches are PRESENT AND FUTURE FOCUSED. Coaches help their clients explore their past only as a means of understanding their current life experiences and belief systems. Their primary goals are to help a client look at where they are, where they want to be, and how to get from point A to point B.

In my experience things are not so clear cut because there are many therapeutic modalities and coaching philosophies different professionals follow.

The coaching philosophy I follow encourages the creation of a safe space that promotes introspection and increased self-awareness so that you can make true changes in your life and move forward.

I hold all my clients as naturally creative, resourceful, whole and fully responsible for their decisions and actions and can refer out to my trusted network of licensed psychotherapists if decided that is a better fit for you and what you need at this time.
